Hi Everyone,

The last few weeks were a frenzy of work travels, missing mojo and stuff.
When I heard about the amazing drive run by the Indian crafting community to send some handmade cards to soldiers serving at the border, I found the perfect opportunity to make some quick cards.
We made Diwali cards to send to the soldiers and blank ones for them to send to their family. We also made cards to thank them. Read all about the drive here.

Now, I don't own any Diwali stamps but, since I needed to make these in bundles, I had to find a stamp that I could use, fast and quick. And voila. I found some stamps in my stash.

For the Diwali cards, I used the(not used more than twice) Heena Elements stamp set from Altenew. Plan, stamp, repeat and BAM. I made 6 cards in under an hour.

Here is a pic:

I water coloured the flowers using some kuretake gansai tambi paints.
The sentiment was custom made using the Sophisticated Script Bundle from Concord and 9th. This set is a must buy!

All card stock was procured from Letz craft.

I made 6 more cards using the other big flower from the set.
Thanks for reading.
